Address Book File |
File path and file name that store address list. Address book file is a text file
stored one address per line, in format:

You are allowed to edit this file using any text editor. |

Near Input box |
Candidate window will appear near the input focus area. |

Font |
Font used by candidate window. Click "..." button to change font. |
Decision Key |
Key to fix candidate, and send text to target. |
Item separator |
In case of send more than one candidate to target, "Item separator" will be
send between items. Any and more than one character is allowed. |
Number Key Decision |
Check this to alow fix candidate by press number key(0-9). |
Always insert separator |
Normal adist can autometically detect if a separator is need to be sent.
If it does not work properly, and you need insert separator between items,
check this. |
Search |
Type part of what you are looking for here, first item that match you typed
will be focused in the address list. |
Next Candidate |
Press this button, or just press "ENTER" key will move focus in address list
to next item that match what you typed in "Search" box. |
Name/Address |
Area to display name or address of item which is focused/selected in address list. |
New |
To add a new address item. |
Update |
After you changed anything in Name/Address box, don't forget press this button to update. |
Delete |
Delete the item that items in address list that match delete condition. |
Open |
Reload "Address Book File" again. After you edit address list using text editor,
press this button to reload. |
Save |
Save change to "Address Book File". |
Import from Clipboard |
Import address item from Windows clipboard. See Import Address Item. |
Import from Text File |
Import address item from text file. See Import Address Item. |
Edit by Text Editor |
Open "Address Book File" in text editor and allow you to edit it directly. |
Close |
Close this dialog. |
Address List |
Name/address pair that adist currently recognized. "Add all" button will add all
in this list to your address book. |
Name/Address |
Area to display name or address of item which is selected in address list. |
Update |
After you changed anything in Name/Address box, don't forget press this button to update. |
Delete |
Delete the item that selected in address list. |
Source |
Chose "Clipboard" or "File" to import name/addresses from Windows clipborad or text
file respectively. |
Format |
Indicate how name/address is recognized. "Kitty" means mail address is quoted
by angle brackets, and before that is treated as name. "Kitty cat@zoo.com" is used in case of
address is not quoted by brackets, illegal letters around "@" are treated as address, before
that is address. |
Import |
Parse data source you selected and list all name/address pair in "Address List" box. |
Delete None Alphabet around Name |
This option delete all space, brackets, symbol characters or other none alphabet characters
around name which adist recognized. |
Ignore Duplicate Name or Address |
Ignore items whose name or address is already in address list or your address book. |
Add All |
Add all items in address list to your address book. If "Ignore Duplicate Name or Address" is
checked, items that already in your address book will be ignored. |
