What is UliMessenger?
UliMessenger
is a server-side SMS messaging tool to manage global SMS campaigns through
a web based administration interface. The application consists of a series
of PHP scripts which, installed on your web server, allow you to run your
own personal or corparate SMS messaging services from virtually any place
