For Acrobat DC there are two possible installation locations (For all users or the current user)
Copy the file "JoUp/MacOS/JoUp.acroplugin" into one of those folders, but not in both! Eventually you have to create the Plug-ins folder
Copy the file "JoUp.acroplugin" into the Plug-ins folder of Adobe Acrobat Professional. For that you have to open the application package by selecting Acrobat Professional with the right mouse button (or together with Ctrl) and select "Show package contents". Within the folder "Contents" you find the folder "Plug-ins".
Copy the file "JoUp/Windows/JoUp.api" into the folder "plug_ins" of Adobe Acrobat, e.g.:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat\plug_ins
After restarting Acrobat the JoUp palette should be visible and the plugin is ready to use.
